Take ten celebrities, each with a professional coach and partner, then judge their breath taking gymnastics in front of a primetime Saturday night BBC1 audience with  Internationally celebrated Olympics, Commonwealth medal winning gymnasts, Louis Smith, Craig Heap, Nadia Comaneci and circus star Sebastian Stella.

 

In nine weeks the celebrities are pushed to their physical and mental limits, as they are taken on a training journeys that usually takes ten years to perfect...  from floor acrobatic tumbling, ariel hoops, rhythmic performance (with props and ribbons), beam, parrallel bars & trapeze... to the final ominous VAULT!

Skills required:

 

1. Strong offline narrative story-cutting ability.

2. Online grading and sound mixing. (Visual flair and audio sound design skill).

3. Entertainment editing approach to maximise comedic moments and fun.

4. Drama experience to build and heighten tension/suspense and create dramatic atmosphere for sequences involving injury and pathos.

5. Creativity

6. Dexterity in working with high volume, tapeless workflows.

7. Speed and proficiency in cutting.

8. Energy, enthusiasm and determination to meet deadlines for TX on a daily and weekly basis!!
